AMY Winehouse has secretly had a boob job in readiness for her planned TV comeback on Strictly Come Dancing tonight.

The 26-year-old singer paid £35,000 to a clinic in London's Harley Street to restore the voluptuous curves she boasted when she first hit the charts.

The Back To Black singer showed off an eye-popping busty outline when she burst on to the scene in 2003.

But she was left emaciated and skeletal after years of heroin abuse with junkie ex-hubby BLAKE FIELDER-CIVIL.

Now pals say she has decided on the implants to boost her confidence as she slowly regains her figure.

Amy checked into a clinic at the beginning of last week before having the op on Wednesday.

She told fellow patients who later saw her staggering round the building "with tubes hanging from her chest" she'd had the surgery especially for her planned TV comeback on Strictly Come Dancing tonight.

Amy is set to appear on the BBC1 show as a backing singer for her 13-year-old god-daughter DIONNE BROMFIELD, signed to the recovering druggie's own record label.

But last night there were doubts the star would perform after she missed a week of rehearsals for the op.
